Personality
Wander is an optimist. He generally looks for the best in all people, especially the ones considered to be villains. He will do his best to understand a person and their situation before taking any action. Additionally, he is someone who always helps. No matter what kind of situation, as long as it’s for good, he will do his best for others. But even though he is more commonly optimistic and eager to help others, he understands their boundaries and gives it to them when they request it.
Brief History
At the beginning of time, the stars created a race of people known as the Star Nomads. The people would travel the galaxy, merely seeking to spread light and joy. Wander, however, was separated from his family. There was a very long period of time where the boy was helpless and alone. After enough time of feeling helpless, he was saved by someone that would be considered his partner for a time. It was then he decided to use his life to help others, because the feeling of helplessness was something no one should have to go through.
He traveled the galaxy with this partner. Surely enough, the partner passed, but Wander was able to go on. But not too long after the pass of his first partner, Wander would stumble into a galaxy in the midst of a civil war. Two allies from this civil war were fighting over a hat of magical power that could give you whatever you needed. This was the first and last time Wander would ever steal from someone. He stole the hat, and after enough time, the hat grew to trust him and give him precisely what he needed.
Wander then obtained his second partner. This was someone that Wander held dear, but who also passed after enough time and travel.
Being who he was, he angered a lot of evil doers through space. Though some he was able to convert to good, other’s he was not so lucky with. He quickly became someone who went for a high bounty. This is when he met his friend Sylvia, who was on a negative path. He soon convinced her otherwise, and the two became traveling companions.

Skills
Wander has the ability to pull anything he may need from his hat. Though what he wants is not possible.
Though he looks limp and scrawny, he’s actually quite strong.
He uses an item known as orbble juice to travel. It creates a bubble around him that conceals air and can serve as a shield, as long as nothing sharp, such as needles or nails, hits it. It also gives him the ability to float.
Wander is very fast on his feet.
His banjo can also serve as a weapon. It has the ability to shoot beams of energy when played, though he does not do this often.

Mental Health
He has a very active case of ADHD, however some days are worse than other’s when it comes to the hyperactive part of it. Despite this, he is still able to meditate comfortably when need be.
