Personality
Flonne is a ditz. She has an over the top love for love, and that can often drive her to be a bit naive.

Despite this, she has a sweet and caring attitude. She's a healer, and is often making sure that everyone is alright because of that.

Of course, she's also extremely emotional. If a friend, or anyone for that matter, is crying, it's likely that she would as well.

Brief History
Flonne's first encounter with demons was when she was told to assassinate the King of the nearby netherworld, King Krichevskoy. Instead she found his son, Laharl. By this point, she was still an angel trainee. After she learned that the king was dead, she decided to join Laharl as his vassal until he learned to feel love.
During their adventures, humans and angels teamed up to attack the Netherworld. But Flonne sides with Laharl, simply wanting to stop the fighting. In this battle, she accidentally kills a fellow angel.
When they make it to Celestia to talk with Seraph Lamington, Flonne is charged with the death of an angel and is turned into a flower as punishment. In an act of love, Laharl exchanged his life for hers. She then returned to life as a Fallen Angel.

Years after the events, Laharl managed to return as a prinny and paid off his sins. Him, Flonne, and Etna lived in the Netherworld's castle for a while. Eventually, Flonne decided to reapply to become an angel. After being accepted, she soon enough became an Archangel who makes rather bad decisions, such as spending Celestia's budget on the robot, Great Flonzor X.
Hobbies/Interests
The hobby that Flonne loves the most is spreading love. This is especially apparent in the Netherworld. She's seen demons have love before, and she plans to do so again. Though she's been mostly unsuccessful, she has the drive to continue.

When she's not spreading love, she's usually at home watching anime or playing video games. She wakes up every morning at the same time to watch her favorite shows. She particularly loves the ones that consist of super heroes and shows that have special effects, like Power Rangers and Kamen Riders.
Skills
Power of Love - She can heal anyone in her vicinity. This includes herself.

Holy Arrows - Her scepter can turn into a bow and arrow, which can then shoot an array of feathers that explode at her enemies.
​
Saint arrows - This has a similar effect to the holy arrows, except the feathers instead surround the enemy in a tornado.

Tri-Dra Meow - Using her scepter, she can summon a dragon. It uses flame breath to attack her enemies.
​
Flonnezilla - A space monster suit appears on her. She then has the ability to shoot blue lasers from her eyes.
